Job Summary
Citadel is seeking to expand its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious and curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, driving the hiring process forward and owning the candidate experience.
Your Objectives
* Partner with recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting for various business areas, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, and facilitate candidate engagement.
* Maintain candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system.
* Gather feedback from stakeholders and plan next steps.
* Prepare offer documents and support onboarding.
* Manage recruiting projects, including candidate tracking and process documentation.
* Assist in organizing recruiting events and internship programs.
* Handle expense reports and invoices for campus activities.
Your Skills & Talents
* Experience through internships or employment in a professional setting.
* Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
