Revenue Manager – Highly Regarded Hotel Operator
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Benefits
Hours: Full time (40 Hours - On-site)
Note: You must have strong revenue management experience within a quality hotel operator and strong local market knowledge to be considered for this role. This is a full-time site-based role.
Our client, a highly respected hotel operator, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager with excellent local market insight to join their established team based in Manchester City Centre. You will take full responsibility for the hotel’s revenue management strategy while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimise overall commercial performance.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong analytical focus, excellent communication skills, and proven experience building relationships with third-party agents and key stakeholders. You will set revenue targets for yourself and the team, leading a small but highly capable group to continued success.
We are looking for a results-focused individual who is organised, analytical, and passionate about revenue growth and profit conversion.
