We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. Duties
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and reducing waste.
Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards and compliance requirements.
Implement process improvements through analysis of workflow and mechanical systems optimisation.
Collaborate with engineering teams on assembly line modifications and mechanical troubleshooting.
Maintain health and safety standards across the production floor, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
Skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly and mechanical systems.
