Understanding of NHS governance structures and processes is desirable but not essential. The post-holder will receive relevant training.
The responsibilities include effective time management, managing schedules and leave arrangements, ensuring timely communication with relevant personnel, arranging meetings and events, and proactively composing and transcribing minutes with action points. The role also involves preparing correspondence and reports, managing office documentation systems, maintaining office equipment and stationery, and processing orders.

Role Overview
The CWPS Quality and Governance Administrator will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Network Quality and Improvement Manager and the Quality Team. This includes maintaining an effective quality management system across CWPS, covering clinical governance and risk management. The post also involves administering Q-Pulse and Datix systems across Trusts.
