We are looking for a work focused and experienced CDP/ Junior Sous Chef to join the team.
Must have:
A proven background in a busy kitchen
Excellent communication skills
The ability to cope calmly in a pressured environment
Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
Must be able to work at weekends
Duties
To assist the Head and Sous Chef in the daily managing of the kitchen and ensure a smooth food service
To prepare and cook a varied menu with consistently high standards
Ensure cost effective practices to maintain a set GP margin
Maintain a clean and organised section
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
Enjoy working as part of a team to include front of house staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
