Overview Of The Role
We seek a passionate and collaborative Associate Land Consultant to join our Land Advisory team, leading land referencing, land assembly, and providing strategic advice for infrastructure projects. Our team operates across the UK, serving transportation, water, and energy markets. We value entrepreneurial spirits who understand client commitments and help shape our business.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead land referencing and land assembly teams and advise on strategic client needs.
* Manage projects, oversee budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
* Develop and write technical proposals for bids.
* Represent our services externally and foster client relationships.
* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to service expansion.
Candidate Specification
Essential:
* Proven experience leading land referencing, assembly, and strategic consultancy on infrastructure projects.
* Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring.
* Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement experience.
* Knowledge of statutory processes like DCOs, hybrid Bills, or TWAOs.
Desirable:
* Experience engaging with landowners and communities.
* Technical bid writing experience.
* Chartership or relevant professional membership.
