Long-term contract support roles available for Teaching Assistants to support Primary Schools on a part or full time basis across Sutton, Greater London.

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We're now recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants to join Tradewind from January 2026, supporting across a range of welcoming and high-achieving primary schools in the South London area.
These roles are ideal for individuals eager to build experience in education, whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in teaching, or already have classroom experience.
Available Roles:
1. 1:1 SEN Support - Work closely with pupils who have special educational needs to provide tailored support.
2. General Classroom Support (EYFS - Year 6) - Help deliver engaging lessons and support students across the primary age range.
3. Early Years Assistance - Support the development of younger learners in Nursery and Reception.

Key Responsibilities:
8. Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
9. Provide individual or small group assistance, particularly to pupils with additional needs
10. Help prepare materials and create a positive learning environment
11. Work closely with school staff to support pupil progress and well-being
Candidate Profile:
12. Previous experience with children is a plus, but not essential
13. Enthusiastic, dependable, and patient
14. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
15. Available to work full-time (5 days per week) from January 2026
