Key Responsibilities: Admin support for central HR services
Provide learning advice and support via telephone, email, and face-to-face
Manage and maintain employee data using automated and manual systems
Handle enrolments, course rostering, waitlists, and completions
Raise purchase orders and process invoices
Liaise with managers and trainers to plan training sessions and coordinate venues, catering, accommodation, and joining instructions
Create process guides and documentation
Provide general support to the wider HR team
Develop strong relationships with training providers, managers, and employees UK-wide
Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
Minimum 2 A-level passes (AD) or equivalent (desirable)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and results-driven approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
