Roles and Responsibilities:
Employer Engagement & Relationship Management
Lead the team responsible for managing new employer relationships
Manage the end-to-end learner recruitment and conversion process to meet programme and funding targets.
Lead Conversion & Business Development
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the lead generation company and ensure all feedback is actioned and communicated.
Oversee enquiry handling, screening, information, advice & guidance (IAG), and onboarding activities.
Ensure all learner recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of a high-quality learner experience
Lead the implementation of conversion tactics such as improved communications, CRM optimisation, and engagement with the lead generation tool.
Curriculum & Partnership Integration
Monitor employer feedback and use insights to inform improvements in provision and customer experience.
Support employer involvement in curriculum design and delivery.
Facilitate guest lectures, projects, and work experience opportunities.
Reporting and Performance
Track and analyse conversion data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
Work closely with curriculum, quality, and finance teams to support accurate and timely reporting.
Compliance and Quality
Manage the administrative team responsible for learner records, programme administration, compliance documentation, and data quality.
Ensure that employer and learner data is accurate, secure, and processed in line with GDPR.
Ensure the business development steering group are informed of all actions, concerns and trends.
Ensure all internal email and communication are maintained and administered in a timely and professional manner.
