Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead the overall performance and digital marketing strategy across platforms and markets
* Oversee paid media, growth strategy, and digital optimization with a long-term perspective
* Translate data and insights into clear strategic direction and actionable frameworks
* Collaborate closely with leadership, analytics, and client teams to align objectives and outcomes
* Establish best practices, governance, and performance standards across digital channels
* Guide and mentor teams with clarity, trust, and thoughtful leadership
* Ensure continuous improvement through testing, learning, and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Senior-level experience in performance marketing or digital marketing leadership
* Strong analytical thinking paired with strategic judgment and business understanding
* Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, platforms, and performance measurement
* Leadership style rooted in integrity, collaboration, and accountability
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, part-time structure
* Clear communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence across stakeholders
Preferred Experience (Valued, Not Mandatory)
* Experience working with global or multi-market clients
* Background in agency, consulting, or growth-focused environments
* Familiarity with advanced analytics, automation, or emerging digital technologies
