Description Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Assist in preparing reports for the accounting and finance department. Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable. Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Respond to supplier and client queries in a professional manner. Assist in improving financial processes and procedures.Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: AAT studier or similar A background in accounting or finance-related roles. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work well within a team and independently.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £28,00 per annum.
