Section Engineer:
We are currently looking for a Section Engineer for a large infrastructure scheme in the Middlesbrough area.
Previous Tier 1 contractor experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements
* Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time
* Produce procurement schedules for the jobs and liaise with PD to ensure site have adequate
* resources to complete the tasks
* Produce ITPs and Task Briefings
* Produce Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets)
* Setting out
The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:
* Previous experience of setting out on civil engineering projects
* Experience in structures, pavements and drainage
* Competent in management of Temporary works
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
* Degree qualified/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering
* CSCS
* SMSTS
