Project Manager - Wellington
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor’s type of works is predominantly refurbishment with some extensions as part of the overall projects within mainly Education and Healthcare valuing up to £5m.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all site operations, site team, subcontractors
* Liaising with clients and reporting progress
* Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
* Leading the planning and programming of the project
* Delivering projects within budget, by deadline, safely and to a high quality standard
* Managing all documentation relating to Health, Safety and Compliance
* Monitoring progress against established targets / deadlines
* Organising and supervising labour
Requirements:
* Experience of JCT contracts
* Trade background desirable
* Asbestos awareness
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Card
* Relevant driving licence
