Mortgage Advisor - Middlesbrough and Darlington
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes & Co, and Intercounty.
Role Overview
This role would support the busy Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Middlesbrough and Darlington. Roles can be full office or hybrid working. Employment type can be Employed or Self‑Employed.
Salary and Working Conditions
* Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+.
* In a self‑employed role, splits are 70% on self‑generated business with the leads‑provided percentage at 45%.
Qualifications
* CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor with broking experience.
