Job Description
Key senior opportunity with a growing outsourced pensions management and scheme secretarial team, with the chance to take on professional trustee appointments. Work in a hybrid model, 2 days a week in office, across various UK locations.
Responsibilities
* Drive forward ongoing growth of the department, leveraging commercial focus and staff mentoring and development skills.
* Support the development and delivery of business pitches.
* Undertake varied and interesting work on behalf of clients, such as ongoing scheme management for DB, DC and wider benefits, and one-off specific projects.
* Provide scheme secretarial services as required and oversee project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
* Up-to-date technical knowledge with a keen focus on governance requirements for DB and DC schemes.
* Experience in-house or consultancy background, with demonstrable industry involvement or networking experience highly beneficial.
