Responsibilities
* Act as the gatekeeper of the consequences system and manage procedures to log and track data.
* Provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership Team; work effectively under pressure.
* Collaborate with the Deep Support Team to support students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential.
* Work as a flexible team member, showing initiative and reliability, and contribute to a positive school culture.
