As a School Nurse, you will:
Provide high-quality nursing care to children with SEND, including those with PMLD
Act as the main point of contact for school nursing in the absence of the Lead School Nurse
Collaborate with families to assess, plan, and evaluate children's care needs
Ensure the safe administration of medication and manage medical supplies
Participate in health promotional developments and the immunisation programme
Communicate effectively with children, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain clear and confidential care records

Monday to Friday, 37.5 p/w no weekends

The ideal School Nurse, Experienced will have:
Registered Nurse (RCN / RNLD / RGN)
A minimum of 2 years experience at Band 5 or 1 year at Band 6 in a relevant field
Experience working with children with complex health needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
