The Rol Maintain and update employee data accurately within HR systems and databases Support the production of regular and ad-hoc HR reports for internal stakeholders. Provide first-line support for HR system queries and troubleshooting. Assist with data audits to ensure integrity and compliance across all HR records. Support payroll processes by ensuring timely and accurate information input. Help implement and document HR system changes and process improvements. Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and organisational HR policies. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Experience in a HR administrative environment. Relevant HR/ Business qualification.
