Digital Health Systems Analyst
Oversees the support and administration of Trust-wide clinical applications, ensuring systems are configured, maintained and optimised to meet the needs of clinical services.
Requires experience in system administration, user support, and incident management within an ITIL framework, alongside a strong understanding of clinical workflows and digital healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve user issues related to clinical applications.
* Support system changes, improvements and incident management.
* Contribute to process mapping and business analysis activities.
* Assist in training and onboarding of users.
* Maintain system performance, security and data integrity.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to enable service improvement.
Experience
* Experience supporting or using EPR systems such as Cerner.
* Experience with system administration and user support.
Qualifications
* Degree in an IT-related subject, or equivalent experience.
* ECDL (or equivalent) qualification.
* Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of ITIL and Change Control procedures.
* Good understanding of NHS clinical systems and workflows.
Skills
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.
* Ability to manage workload and mentor junior staff.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
