We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable repair centre based in Harlow, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality automotive repairs and working within a busy, dynamic environment. If you have a minimum of five years of experience in panel beating and are looking to advance your career, this role could be the perfect fit.

1. Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
2. Regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Duties:
6. Repairing vehicle panels to their original condition using body filler or fitting new parts
7. Working on both cars and vans, ensuring high standards of workmanship
8. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet repair deadlines
9. Ensuring all work complies with industry safety standards and protocols
10. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote health and safety
Requirements:
11. A minimum of five years' experience as a Panel Beater
12. Proven ability to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
13. Full UK driving licence is essential
14. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
15. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
