The Role:
Three days in the office and two days visiting client sites, ensuring projects are being completed to design specifications
Collaborate with engineers and project managers
Consult with clients to understand their projects needs and ensure projects follow their necessities
Create initial drawings for projects and then develop models
Work in a design team of four and attend design reviews to ensure all projects are being worked at a correct pace
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all industry and building standards
The Person:
Experience with large residential projects
Possess a Design / Architectural qualification
Proficient in AutoCAD
