We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a thriving and welcoming primary school in the CF3 area of Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and adaptable practitioner to support children across the primary age range, from Nursery through to Year 6.

The successful candidate will:
* Have proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally across different key stages
* Be confident supporting children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within whole-class settings
* Bring creativity, enthusiasm and a flexible approach to supporting learning
* Work effectively as part of a team, supporting the school’s values and ethos
Person specification:
* Previous TA or classroom support experience is essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive and nurturing approach to working with children
* Commitment to supporting both academic progress and wellbeing
