Responsibilities
• Provide support and safeguarding services for Wiltshire's vulnerable children from pre‑birth to age 18, working within a patch‑based model that matches families with your expertise and chosen patch.
• Offer flexible work arrangements, including various work locations, hot‑desking, a 9‑day fortnight, compressed hours, full or part‑time positions, and job shares.
• Serve as a role model, share expertise with the team, and manage more complex cases individually.
• Collaborate with professionals and multi‑agency teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
Qualifications
• Registered with Social Work England, or returning professionals supported by a transition programme.
• Full driving licence and access to a car (necessary for Wiltshire’s rural nature).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
