Job overview
The post holder will work closely with the HR Consultants in the Division, providing a first class HR Service to the Directorates. This role provides great exposure to a range of HR responsibilities, including workforce reporting, absence management and procedural advice.
With demonstrable administration experience and strong technical knowledge, the successful candidate will be someone who truly values collaborative working and has the skills and experience to support our team and the wider division through providing timely and accurate reports.

Main duties of the job
To manage our divisional HR inbox, replying to and escalating queries as appropriate. Keeping a track of frequently asked questions, so as the
division can take a proactive approach in response.
To support the Divisional HR Consultants in preparing monthly workforce data reports, that are shared with our colleagues within the division.
To run and monitor absence management reports, highlighting issues to the relevant HR Consultant.
To assist with sickness absence management across the division as appropriate.
Assisting with engagement projects across the division, such as our divisional newsletter or quarterly new starter lunch.
