Production Activity Controller - Airbus, Broughton
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Hours: 35 hrs/week (4.5 days, between 7am-7pm)
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (Completed by Airbus Security)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
About the Role
Are you a proactive planner with a passion for keeping production on track? Airbus is looking for a Production Activity Controller to join their Planning & Logistics team in Broughton. This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of daily production operations, ensuring everything flows smoothly from parts to final assembly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Kick off daily production scheduling routines
* Attend and contribute to daily production monitoring meetings
* Track progress, report parts availability, and help adjust priorities
* Manage work orders and component logistics (including missing parts)
* Coordinate parasitic flows and outstanding works across departments
* Support the supply of Wing Loose Items to Final Assembly Lines
* Handle internal/external work order transfers and logistics flows
