About the role
We are looking to expand our team with skilled and enthusiastic individuals to deliver a tunnelling project in the beautiful region of Snowdonia, North Wales. Our work will significantly enhance the visual impact of the area, burying a network of overhead cables and removing a number of pylons to restore and protect the natural beauty, wildlife and environmental heritage of this precious landscape.
The project requires a Commercial Administrator who will assist in the preparation and administration of daily Commercial Team functions (site-based) along with the preparation and collation of contract documentation and on-site records specifically for the Project Commercial Team. This will include monthly internal meeting reports including: GRN’s, AFP, CVR, Themis uploads, etc.
You will be required to provide regular updates to the on-site Commercial Manager regarding any inhibitors/issues with the contract or commercial requirements.
The role will also require you to provide administrative support to the Quantity Surveying (Subcontract) team in the pre-contract, works-delivery and final account stages of the supply chain (SC) management function.
About you
It is essential that you have a comprehensive understanding of the administration system and a basic understanding of the project delivery objectives. You must also understand of the purpose of document control.
You will be IT literate and be comfortable and confident in using all Microsoft Office software (primarily outlook, word and excel).
Please note that this role will be site based 5 days a week at our Snowdonia VIP project in North Wales.
