What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor you will:
* Supervise pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
* Maintain a positive, supportive and respectful classroom environment
* Help students stay on task, safe and engaged
* Support the school’s ethos of care, aspiration and success for every pupil
This role is not about planning lessons or marking work — your focus is on facilitating learning and student wellbeing.
