Job Overview
Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator seeking a new permanent job? Working within a small, friendly team in Liversedge, West Yorkshire, you will provide outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Duties
* Receive enquiries from customers via email or telephone.
* Process orders, completing all necessary entry and paperwork.
* Run open order reports for high‑priority customers on a regular basis, providing clear and timely updates.
* liaise with internal departments to provide delivery updates as requested.
* Assist customers with product specification information and suitability for their application.
* Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.
* Maintain good relationships and communication, ensuring customers are updated throughout the order process.
* Be proactive in approaching complicated or urgent orders.
* Prepare and send quotations.
Required Experience and Skills
* Customer service and order processing experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Good IT skills, including Excel, CRM, SharePoint and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* First‑class attention to detail.
* The ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
* Strong numerical skills.
