Salary- 27,246 - £28,608 per annum

Full time/ 12 months fixed term


About the Role

Join NTU Enterprise as a Workspaces Operations Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating welcoming, professional environments? NTU Enterprise is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of our flagship business spaces, Dryden Enterprise Centre and Antenna Nottingham.

As part of Nottingham Trent University’s Knowledge Exchange portfolio, NTU Enterprise champions entrepreneurship, innovation and collaboration. Our workspaces host a vibrant community of start-ups, creative professionals, and small businesses, and we are proud to offer high-quality environments that foster growth and connectivity.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for members, tenants and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience across both sites. You’ll manage front-of-house operations, coordinate bookings and events, support financial processes, and contribute to marketing and community engagement activities. Your attention to detail, adaptability and commitment to excellent service will help maintain the high standards our members expect.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is essential, and familiarity with co-working or hospitality settings is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that plays a key role in supporting enterprise and innovation at NTU and across the region.

About Us

NTU Enterprise is a progressive department within Nottingham Trent University’s Knowledge Exchange portfolio. It supports the development of enterprising skills and entrepreneurial activity among students, graduates and staff, and provides structured pathways into self-employment and business creation.

The department manages two key facilities, Dryden Enterprise Centre and Antenna in Nottingham which offer high-quality workspaces and services to a diverse range of businesses, creative professionals and enterprise networks. These centres contribute to the region’s innovation ecosystem and provide opportunities for collaboration, growth and engagement.
