Job Title: Training and Implementation Specialist
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Herts
Salary: £26,000 per annum + £3,000 discretionary annual bonus paid quarterly
Contract: Permanent, Full-time. Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Option to work from home up to 3 days per week after qualifying period. Hours: 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30; Friday finishes at 16:30.
Overview
Our client is highly established and one of the leading providers of reduction services in the UK. They are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Training and Implementation Specialist to join their team. The role sits within a small but growing Open Banking Team and involves running software training sessions with customers online, building strong client relationships, and supporting onboarding and training journeys.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with payment partners to coordinate onboarding of new clients
* Support and coordinate clients when providing the necessary documentation for onboarding
* Create and send client contracts and follow up where necessary
* Implement clients' accounts in accordance with individual needs
* Coordinate suppliers to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and promptly
* Support clients with software and training queries
* Coordinate and set up online training sessions with clients
* Run online training sessions for clients
* Support the Project Manager with department and revenue growth
* Account manage clients
* Support with software development and testing
Requirements
* Highly focused with strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently within a small team
* Assertive, determined, self-motivated
* Keen to learn and able to adapt to change
* Flexible and confident to suggest and improve current processes
* Desire to help develop, grow and support the success of the department
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Positive “can do” attitude
* Experience with software training is beneficial but not essential
* Knowledge of the payments industry is advantageous
