The role available is for an experienced Estate Agent who wants to further their career (minimum 1 years experience in Estate Agency), for our current and future planned offices throughout the region.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 1 years' experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field.
* Proven track record of generating valuations and hitting targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Specific experience of the local property market is preferred.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30, and every other Saturday 10:00-14:00, with 4 hours taken in lieu the following week.
