I need some support for up to 16 hours per week .I am a lady living with various medical conditions such as lymphedema and fibromyalgia and I need some support to continue living independently at home Part of your role will be to take me out and about so you will need your own vehicle for which I will pay business mileage. • Some housework and keeping my home safe and clean, an hour a week will be devoted to cleaning • Support to prepare/cook some meals • To take me shopping once a week, usually a Friday and help unpacking shopping once home • To take me to medical appointments when necessary • To take me out locally for a coffee and other social activities as and when required • To help me build confidence to get out and about • I have a folding wheelchair to use when out and this will need to fit in your car
