Framework is excited to offer an opportunity for a Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery Worker to join NorthEast Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership (NELRP) - a dynamic partnership delivering the substance use treatment and recovery service. Do you have experience in substance use, criminal justice, or health and social care? As a Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery Worker, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred substance use treatment to individuals also struggling with their mental health, helping them achieve meaningful recovery and stability.
As a Recovery Worker, youll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team, working with service users who present multiple and complex needs.
Manage a defined caseload, often involving individuals with mental health issues, homelessness, criminality, long-term health conditions, domestic abuse, exploitation, or self-harm.
Complete assessments of need and risk, developing robust recovery and risk-management plans tailored to the persons goals.
Experience supporting people affected by substance use or experience in a closely related field within health, social care, or criminal justice settings.
A relevant qualification (e.g., social work, nursing) or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
