Overview
Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services Team in Poole. You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role. Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in-depth in-house training and support within your role. This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person-centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.

Your proven experience
* Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users, their circle of support and colleagues
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Good IT skills
