ROLE: Executive Assistant to Investor Relations team - 12 Month FTC Maternity Cover SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 LOCATION: Chelsea, London Office-Based Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on a Friday A prestigious Private Equity firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations and Investment teams during a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage busy calendars, organise events, and coordinate high-level communication with investors, advisors, and portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting Investor Relations or similar functions within financial services, and will be proactive, discreet, and highly organised, with a meticulous eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide EA support to a 3-member Investor Relations team and selected investment professionals Organise and coordinate a high volume of meetings and events Prepare meeting materials, agendas and take minutes Book complex international travel and accommodation Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence Maintain CRM records (DealCloud) and filing systems Prepare investor documents and assist with project work Coordinate internal and external communications Process expenses and manage invoicing support Liaise with investors, advisors, and EAs across the portfolio Requirements: Prior EA experience within financial services (ideally Investor Relations) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams) Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines Confident, professional and proactive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information CRM experience (e.g., DealCloud) is desirable Additional languages are a plus, but not essential Benefits: 25 days annual leave, plus full closure over the Christmas period Private healthcare, dental cover, and income protection insurance Lunch provided every Monday; coffee, tea, and snacks available daily Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
