About the Field Service Engineer Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the company onsite, travelling to client locations across the UK (and occasionally internationally) to install, commission, maintain, and repair a range of sophisticated packaging machines You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, perform routine servicing, and provide technical training and support to clients to ensure smooth operation.
