We are hiring! We are currently recruiting for a Office Coordinator to join our Wireless division within Circet UK. To work in accordance with the Data Protection Act To provide a healthy and comfortable working environment Issue building access cards and maintain the database. Coordinate and distribute IT equipment and uniform for new starters, changes and leavers. Provide new joiners with office orientation and HR inductions as required. Arrange meetings on behalf of the Head of central Business services. Help facilitate the bi-weekly Town Hall call with the company Director and team Take minutes and track actions from team meetings Help to facilitate business functions and meetings, including arranging catering requirements. Conduct weekly building walk arounds at both Units on Hartlebury Trading Estate, to include Fire Alarm testing and basic visual checks. Assist with obtaining and uploading up to date skills matrix from fully managed subcontractors. Also conducting spot checks on certification. Knowledge & Skills Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Discretion Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner Ability to use your initiative. Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner Honest approach to work Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software e.g. SiteLive and CoreHR) Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations Full UK driver's license Why work in Circet?
