Job Title: Planner / Administrator
Location: Bromley
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Full-Time, Permanent)

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring the smooth scheduling of work, and maintaining excellent communication between engineers, clients, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule engineers' daily workloads and appointments
* Monitor job progress and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate site visits and deliveries
* Update job management systems and maintain accurate records and documentation
* Prepare and issue work orders, quotations, and completion reports
* Handle general office administration, including answering calls and emails
* Support the operations team with compliance documentation and project tracking
* Ensure all customer service standards and company procedures are followed

Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or administrative role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident IT skills - proficient with Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Ability to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure
