Role Overview
A well established and dynamic main contractor is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team near Cobham, Surrey. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across 2 to 3 high‑end residential new builds and refurbishments, and will also serve as a structural part of the commercial division. You will work closely with the Director of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or related qualification
* Minimum of 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience
* Experience working within a main contractor environment
* High‑end residential experience is optional but beneficial
* Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge
* Team‑focused, confident, and professional demeanor
