1. Up To £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£60,000 OTE)

We are in search of a Bodyshop Parts Manager to join our Client’s well-established Independent Family Run Bodyshop in the Hayes/Southall area.
They are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing parts sales within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Parts Manager:

Duties of a Bodyshop Parts Manager:
13. To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts.
14. To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating.
15. Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries.
16. To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay.
17. To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times.

19. Motivate and lead a team
20. Good telephone manner
21. Organisational and administration skills
22. Experience using Kerridge is Advantageous but not essential
23. Full and Clean Driving License
