The Role: As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will provide high-level executive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, both business and personal. Your responsibilities include: Diary & Calendar Management: Coordinate a complex and ever-changing schedule across time zones. Meeting Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, and follow-ups. Travel & Logistics: Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Communication Handling: Act as the first point of contact, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Project & Admin Support: Assist in tracking deliverables, preparing reports, handling confidential documents, and running personal errands where required. Office Management: Oversee general office upkeep, including maintenance coordination, office supplies, and ensuring a tidy, well-functioning work environment. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a PA or EA to a senior executive (minimum 3 years). Exceptional organisation and time management skills. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English. Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a good grasp of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Ability to prioritise competing tasks and remain calm under pressure. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
