An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join a busy and highly regarded Property Department in Chichester. This full-time role offers hybrid working and the chance to become part of a progressive, commercially successful firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client care.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners across both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters. This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to a proactive and confident individual who thrives in a client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
Responsibilities
* Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
* Manage files within a paperlite environment.
* Liaise professionally with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
* Support file compliance in line with internal procedures and Lexcel standards.
* Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Prior experience within a Property Department, residential or commercial.
* Proven experience working in a Solicitors’ office.
* Excellent administrative and IT skills.
* Strong communication abilities and a commitment to exceptional client service.
* Self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
