We are seeking a dedicated Estate Warden to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have had previous handyperson experience.
Duties
You will be required to perform a number of duties on the grounds of the College campus including:
* Looking after the security of the premises and its contents
* Opening and locking up
* Operation of fire and intruder alarms
* Working to Health and Safety standards and legislation
* Responding to radio calls
* Building services and maintenance
* Painting
* Hanging whiteboards, pin boards and pictures to walls
* Replacing light tubes and bulbs
* Assisting with maintenance tasks
No formal qualifications are required for the role, but previous experience is a must. On top of experience, the successful candidate must hold an enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
We have two positions available, one working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm, and the other working between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
The roles are to start ASAP and we have interview slots with the clients.
