What you'll do
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Provide excellent customer service every time.
What you'll need
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team.
Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Passion for working as part of a Store Team.
Proactive and encouraging approach to team development and store operations.
