The Ideal Candidate You will: Hold QTS (or equivalent) with a strong track record in secondary Mathematics. Demonstrate outstanding behaviour management and positive relationships with learners. Deliver consistently high‑quality lessons that stretch and support mixed‑ability cohorts. Use a range of strategies to raise attainment, monitor progress and close gaps. Communicate clearly with students, colleagues and parents/carers. Be reflective, collaborative and committed to ongoing CPD.
