We are looking for a new member of the team to work within the Customer Service & Technical Support department.
The right candidate will need to demonstrate the right attitude and mindset, with an engaging personality. The candidate will need to be self-motivated, pro-active, conscientious and punctual. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important to the role. Most importantly, however, we are looking for the right person – someone who can work in a small-knit team and is adaptable.
The Role
* You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service.
* Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquiries, logistics & shipping admin, including all legal documentation and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service.
* To be the first-line customer interface, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail.
* Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat.
* Audio system design support and product application assistance.
* Assist customers and integrators with Network & IT support relating to AV Systems.
* Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquiries, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork.
* To attend any necessary training courses in line with company requirements and personal development.
* Maintain a good standard of organisation, general office duties, paperwork and administration.
* We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong technical ability along with the drive to learn and develop their product knowledge.
Hours
The role requires fixed working hours, Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30min lunch break. This is a 40hrs / week, full-time position.
Salary is negotiable, based on candidate skills and experience. Employees will be enrolled in the Company pension scheme after successful completion of a probationary period.
