Private Personal Assistant (Part-Time, 25 Hours) - Wimbledon
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 FTE (Pro-rata: £23,333-£26,666)

My client, a retired businessman with a dynamic and multifaceted lifestyle, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Personal Assistant to provide part-time support across a broad range of personal, operational, and financial responsibilities. This role requires a proactive and discreet individual with a proven track record in high-level administrative support, ideally within a private or high-net-worth (HNW) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & IT Support
Act as the primary liaison between the client and IT service providers
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Use Microsoft Tasks to manage and prioritise both business and personal to-dosFinancial & Trust Administration
Maintain and organise SharePoint files across multiple entities
Coordinate documentation for investments and trusts (e.g., QNUPS, offshore pensions, Investec portfolio)
Track investment performance and assist with monthly financial reviews
Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage fund transfers
Oversee direct debits, school fees, family maintenance, and personal paymentsProperty Administration
Liaise with agents and legal teams regarding the rental and sale of UK properties
Manage administrative tasks related to a Portuguese property and coordinate with overseas managersPersonal & Family Support
Manage inbox, calendar, and contact lists
Draft personal correspondence and transcribe dictation
Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings
Maintain spreadsheets for school reports, health records, and schedules
Keep secure records of passwords and online accountsEvents & Travel Management
Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transfers
Plan and manage personal events, including the annual Christmas party and school visits
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably supporting a private individual or HNW client
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Tasks
Familiarity with SharePoint and document management systems
