Were looking for a Compliance Business Partner to join our second line of defence team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change. This is your chance to influence high-profile projects, from digital transformation to regulatory change, ensuring compliance is embedded at every stage.
What youll do Provide expert compliance and risk advice on product development, digital transformation, and regulatory change.
Act as a key compliance voice in governance forums, ensuring regulatory obligations are built in from day one.
Review and challenge business cases, project plans, and risk assessments to keep regulatory risk within appetite.
Interpret FCA, PRA, and other regulations for new initiatives.
Draft and review compliance input for regulatory submissions, impact assessments, and board papers.
What were looking for: Strong understanding of UK financial services regulation and conduct risk.
Ability to balance regulatory expectations with commercial realities .
Confident communicator who can influence and challenge at all levels.
Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution focused.
Relevant compliance or financial planning qualifications (or working towards) are a plus.

Hybrid/flexible working for better work-life balance. 2 days minimum are required at our Head office in Bromley but flexibility is required. Working hours are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. Start times can vary from 7.30am to 9.00am.
