What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records via case management systems
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
* Managing post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
* A Law degree and a genuine desire to build a career in residential conveyancing
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication
* Solid administrative and organisational skills you’ll be managing multiple priorities
* A proactive attitude with the confidence to use your initiative
* Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP or Proclaim is a bonus, but not essential
