Job Description
3. Manage end‑to‑end real estate contractual work, including drafting, reviewing, renewing, and coordinating the execution of various property‑related agreements.
4. Lead interactions with internal teams and external partners to support negotiations, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth operational and legal processes.
5. Oversee documentation workflows, record‑keeping, and follow‑through on registrations, addendums, notices, and related administrative requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
6. 5-10 years of post-qualification experience
7. Strong commercial contracting experience in the Retail Industry
8. Expertise in Real Estate Leasing agreements preferred
